The father of two prides himself on being a community builder. Through his volunteer service and as a master carpenter, Dave has helped to build Brantford and Brant County. As a leader, he has listened to his ward constituency. As an educator and mentor, he has given his guidance to many in their education, careers and in life.

On June 23rd, 2019 Dave Wrobel, former Brantford City Councillor, was acclaimed by the Brantford-Brant PPC Association as their candidate for Member of Parliament in the 2019 Federal Election. The nomination meeting was held at the Brantford Police Station with a room full of local PPC members and supporters.

Early Life

Dave Wrobel moved to Brantford with his parents at the age of five. He lived in Brant County and Brantford during his childhood years where he attended Brantford Collegiate Institute prior to moving to Hamilton. Dave returned home, to Brantford, in 1997 with his young family and has been part of the community ever since.


The People’s Party of Canada was founded in 2018 by Maxime Bernier, MP for Beauce, Quebec. Their fundamental values are individual freedom, personal responsibility, fairness, and respect. The PPC intends to run candidates in all 338 ridings and be a competitive player in the 2019 Federal Election this fall.
